Students will be involved in various activities, such as Carnival bingo, special theme days and Carnival games for the Grade 1 – 3 classes. Shrove Tuesday (or Pancake Tuesday) is the day before the start of Lent, a period of fasting and reflection in the Christian faith. Pancakes were traditionally eaten on this day as a way to use up rich ingredients such as sugar, butter, and eggs that were forbidden during Lent. Pancake Tuesday has become a fun and enjoyable tradition at All Saints CES.
