We’ve placed the YRPH School Screening Tool on our website for easy access. As mentioned in previous correspondence, students/children, all school board and child care staff and essential visitors must screen for COVID-19 every day before going to school or child care. Parents/guardians can fill this out on behalf of a child. Thank you for your partnership in helping to keep our school safe.
